I give 5 stars to the service by the technician that performed the service, my burner required. My only suggestion is to make a morning appointment as I had 2 prior afternoon appointments in which they failed to meet their own 1200 to 4pm window. And on the 1st time, no one called to let me know.
We have used Petro for years and have been provided with great service. During today's servicing of our heater and AC The Tech gave a hard sale on other products which we did not ask for. We just wanted the requested service.
