I worked with several HOA companies and overall they have good intentions yet they have some people who work there that think they are the real owner of your property. They threaten and fine you and harass and call lawyers before you even know what is going on. I had them call me and threaten to evict my tenant and charge me for the legal fees when I had no idea what even happened. What I’m saying is that cleaning your dryer vent is hard to remember but if you would like this issue to be resolved be your HoA starts the threats and angry phone calls, call NU Air now.
