The Ben Hersh company did an AWESOME job on my four large area rugs. They look brand new and the fringe repairs are perfect. And just as important, the customer service and re-installation process was extremely professional, addressing every detail to my satisfaction. Thank you Mikhail and Marlon!!!!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! Totally salvaged two large rugs that are sentimental to me. They'd been stored rolled up for three years and they STUNK! They had them for 3+ weeks but I didn't mind, what I got back was a miracle. Their pick up and delivery guy is really strong! Picked up my heavy large wool rug like it was nothing! Highly recommend!

100% recommend this place for rug cleaning and rug repair. I was met with excellent customer service, excellent communication, and overall a great experience. I have two very old rugs that have needed attention for actual decades... i sent an inquiry via website. I was contacted in a timely manner. The expectations and quote were explained to me. I was hesitant to let the rugs go out of the house, but was hopeful it would be ok because these have been in the family for a very long time (grandma’s and her mothers).
