We heard our basement water alarm and went down to find water streaming from our pipes. We had no idea what the cause was and feared the worst.
Rely diagnosed the simple issue and had fixed it in less than an hour and had all the necessary parts on hand. They also diagnosed another simple fix that will save us a similar problem in the future, which we appreciated.

Rob has always been honest and forthcoming with us. When our heater had a problem and the warranty just expired, he called the manufacturer and installed a new unit. We only paid for the labor. When we thought we needed two zones for our AC, he come over and said we already had dampers and said the switch to the summer mode wasn't on. He didn't charge for a visit.Services: Water heater installation
