It’s taken me almost a year to write this since I hate writing negative reviews but everytime I look at the work they did I get angry. We had good experiences in prior years with Jacks and so decided to use them for a larger, what they charged $5000, project. Total disaster. Just about everything they did was wrong. On the plus side, they planted some trees along our driveway and the front of our house. They did this in the height of summer and our driveway is 1/10 mile long. So my husband was out there everyday with hoses to keep them hydrated. just came back from checking my area for christmas tree's. jack's had a large selection but the highest prices. also the driveway was full of huge potholes. never again !!!

We have bought our tree, wreaths and poinsettia here for years, but NEVER AGAIN. We cannot support a business in which a MAN IN CHARGE WITHOUT A MASK walks into a crowded indoor space with complete disregard for mask-wearing customers, who already are rearranging themselves to stay a few feet away from each other while making purchases. #science #protectfirstresponders #itsapandemicstupid
