I am very grateful for the. Outstanding care I received in Emergency, the 4rh floor of the CENTER Staff,
Dr Patels Surgical Team and everyone in testing and all other services
My abdominal pain was was of great concern when I entered through Emergency Monday Afternoon
Within 12 Hours , I was tested, evaluated,admitted and scheduled for surgery.
13 hours later I was having robotic Surgery.
In sum, 30 hours after I walked in I walked out, minus one very troubled gallbladder.
Incredible professionalism, teamwork, skill, care and bedside manner through the process

This is an ER complaint. My mother has been going to this hospital for many years without issues until recently. I respectfully don’t appreciate the way the nurse in triage dismissed my mother like if her reason for going to emergency was not an urgent matter. She was actually sent by her nephrologist and transplant team to the ER SINCE ITS OBVIOUSLY AN URGENT MATTER. I don’t expect the doctors and nurses to rush out and help her immediately AS I AM AWARE they are stretched thin. I do at the very least expect empathy, respect and compassion from the healthcare workers in triage. Do better and take people seriously.

I will start this by saying that I have never felt inclined to write a review for a hospital in my entire life. This hospital and its staff was absolutely incredible. I have never been treated with such kindness and care at any hospital I’ve ever been to before. My nurse Nick was absolutely fantastic in the emergency room. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. Thank you all so much for being so wonderful during my stay.
