Paul (co-owner) and his entire team were literal lifesavers for my family and a move we had this past weekend. On Friday, my family was told that our mover (who shall remain nameless) was not able to procure a wooden crate for a move we had on that Saturday. The move was planned for over two months and the moving company was aware we needed the crate for more than three weeks. Surprise that they asked us to push the move because the mover did not have a crate for us. So we went to troubleshooting mode and called Tri-State after a quick Google search. Tri-State went above and beyond! We purchased a large art object in New Jersey and needed a company to handle all the details of getting the art piece from New Jersey to our home in Michigan. Exceptional service every step of the way! Highly recommend using Tri-State.

We purchased a few machines from a seller on the East Coast. Tri State collected the machines, crated them, and had them shipped to us for a great price. Our company books freight all day long and their rates were better than ours.The crates were beautiful as well and extremely well constructed. (Yes, I did just call the crate beautiful!) I appreciate the attention to detail, such as writing the weights and dimensions direcly on the pallets. That made our work much easier when we shipped the machines out to the end customer.Marc is a pleasure to work with as he is efficient, responsive, and prices his services fairly. We appreciate him and Tri State very much.
