The greeting was great but I think the customer service needs to be enhanced. The owner has a nice demeanor but if you don't know Spanish or they think they could get over on you they will.. first off let me say this! You don't charge a person by the color of their skin or their ethnicity.. The lady that was doing my hair had realized after me spending atleast 40 minutes there already realized I know Spanish the whole time the owner thought she was pulling a fast one on me. One of the ladies in the shop had realized she was over charging me and was saying how she feel that was wrong in Spanish! I caught on to her . The lady that was doing my hair had informed the owner that I knew Spanish! Conversation changed she wanted to know how well do I know it! Long story short my hair was treated but not for the amount of money they charged me! I got highlights not how I wanted but what they felt I should get! Fake ass Botox treatment lied and some drop To treat my scalp.. barely clipped my ends.. Am I going back? Absolutely not her work is good but not 250$ good I need a silk press not a dry broom! Not happy! And for the record just bc we are black doesn't mean we can't speak Spanish or know and understand it! And stop charging according to Race that's Tacky! Wouldn't recommend no one to there! No receipt nothing I watch the lady put the money in her pocket! Sad

I got my hair cut in this place and there is good service but some people there don't know how to cut it since the first person who started was leaving the ends singed, he didn't describe the cut and another person had to repair it, unfortunately they cut it from above my chin. as I wanted.

Very satisfied !! If they allowed 10 stars I'd put up 10 stars , went in for the hair Botox n oh my gosh amazing results , the owner greeted me and even offered me coffee while under the dryer. Plus plus they work 7 days a week and on holidays !! HELLOOOOOO top notch service
