Annemarie lacked professionalism on my appointment. From the moment I entered, she lacked the hospitable demeanor rendered in the service industry. I carried my jacket and purse around the whole appointment because she failed to mention and show me where I could hang my items. As a new client, I was completely turned off by her boastful attitude she spent the whole appointment bragging about her life and her daughters. Made no note to ask about my life. She asked for me to show at 2pm and didn't start my hair till almost 3pm. Meanwhile, clients kept coming in while she worked alone. Everything she did was in a hurried manner, causing her movements to be somewhat abrasive, in which she offered no apology. I told her on the phone when initially booking the appointment, I wanted a ponytail with a bang. If she was incompetent, then she failed to mention that. I walked out with a style I did not ask for. Then, when I inquired about my style, she tried to gaslight me into thinking I told her a slick back ponytail. During a conversation she had with a client she was well familiar with, she mentioned she never allows people to hurt her twice. After that disastrous appointment, I will never allow her to do my hair twice. I come from a carribean family and am use to strong women, but what I experienced with Annemarie was complete disrespect and she should be ashamed of her self for being twice my age and treating a new prospect with a boastful disregard. I paid and tipped her, but if you're not looking for an intimidating stylist that is rough and mediocre, then I highly suggest not to go there. @beautiecaamell

Ms Ann is very knowledgeable about haircare she took such great care of my hair from start to finish... I love love the end product, got so many compliments. This was my first time going to her, I had dreads and I wanted them removed she cut them off for then did a perm, cut and curl... Love the ambience there... will be going back.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
