Impressive service. Ruben called me back right away with photos of arrangements for a friends funeral. Payment and service were outstanding. The day of funeral he sent a photo of the arrangement being delivered on time. I recommend for any occasion!
The flowers were beautiful and the young lady who they were for loved each and every flower.
To my surprise she told me each flower was a favorite so I'm very happy with the order and the directions that were given they were followed appropriately.
When u think Bobsmith, you don't expect a Latino to pick up! I know that sounds bad, don't take it wrong. I'm proud because their service was FABULOUS. The man was really nice. and the arrangements he sent were way more beautiful than what I expected, at an extremely reasonable price. They were for my uncles funeral. I have ordered flowers before from websites and on the 800#'s before, but nothing compared to what we received for my uncle. I'm really happy the funeral home recommended them.
