I've read these reviews awhile ago and some of them weren't good and it made me not want to come… BUT GOOD THING I WENT ANYWAY! because my nail tech from another place cancelled on me that was so unprofessional :/ but I called this place and immediately they gave me a spot. The owner was soooi kind and was helping me pick out the colors and I was immediately seated with Vanessa. She is soooo kind and so comfortable and she did everything so quickly! This place is clean and quiet and gets the job done. I washed my hands and immediately was greeted with a hot towel and the owner is always attentive. I will come back! most beautiful place, the ladies are so cute and very kind! Especially one of them compliment my nails, my hoodie of BTS, and they loved my mother nails! Definitely Recommend this place!!!

I requested a service and was told I could be accommodated then the owner tells me she can't do it, as she works on another client. It was getting close yo closing time however it would of only taken 2 mins to complete. I only needed acrylic on 1 toenail. The attendant who was working on my feet didn't know how to do it only the owner. She needs to properly train them to handle all services. This was disheartening and the owner even laughed after I paid and mentioned to the other customer she was servicing that I was upset with her, as if it was a joke. I was very uncomfortable and will not be returning. That was very unprofessional.
