The service was ok I didn't like the nail color and before leaving I made it clear and they wanted to charge to change the color when I had not even stepped out the store. I gave 4 stars for organization and cleanliness.

If you want something custom Ann and Tony are the one to do them been here 3 times with different designs and they have done an amazing job. Attention to detail is amazing and they make u feel comfortable all the time.

You walk in and no one greets you. If you're a new customer you might feel a bit confused because none of the workers tell you anything or even acknowledge your presence. I've been an on and off customer for quite some time. I only go to get pedicures because it is nearby and the work is good enough. One particular lady that does manicures and pedicures is so sweet and engages in conversation while the other is not as friendly and has headphones on while working on you. A bit unprofessional if you ask me. All in all, it's okay. I've learned to ignore all of the red flags.
