Had them install Airfidelity MESP Filters for a whole building, they knocked out the whole building in two days, great crew, also processed a rebate for us and added extra energy savings, I am blown away !!!
Great experience. Jacob responded quickly and was able to schedule a service call that worked with our busy schedule and gave us a heads up an hour before they arrived and were right on time. Abe, the technician who came to work on our 30 yr old unit was very knowledgeable and honest about what should be done. He was able to get our unit up and running and monitored it for a while to make sure everything was ok. He explained the issue, what he did to fix it but also explained the areas where potential problems may come up due to wear and tear he observed. He did this all while explaining cost/benefit of replacing certain parts vs. a complete replacement in the future....read full review
Had them come to propose in a commercial setting on a new expensive ac unit to replace a broken unit. They first checked the current unit, diagnosed and repaired the problem and told me we didn't need a unit. This cost them from being able to do a profitable installation but shows their skill and integrity.
