Came to get my pants that needed hemming and dry cleaning. I came to pick up Thursday and they were not ready. Guy told me to come back tomorrow , I’m currently sitting waiting inside the store. My stuff still isn’t ready, this place is not serious. Going somewhere closer to my house.

I came to this business to pick up dry cleaning for a family friend. Upon entering I was not greeted and the person was there. I say to myself okay... So after standing there for about 10 minutes he still didn't ask me did I need help so that's when I said excuse me can I please get my dry cleaning. These are really bad and rude business practices. And I thank goodness that it wasn't my stuff that I had to pick up it was for somebody else but I will definitely be relaying the message for them not to use them as well.
