My experience has been pleasant thus far, they are very organized and attentive. They keep a list to keep a track of who is next with which hair stylist. I love the fact that you can also buy hair products that compliment the service you have received. If you come on Friday, Saturday expect to wait because it's the peak times. Parking is tough, get there early if you can. I recommend Marlyn she is honest and will let you know what you can and can't do depending on your hair.

I’ve been here to get my hair done twice already and I’ve had great experiences both times! I recommend Pamela she does a great job she asks questions, gives you ideas or different options about your hair, she also cut my hair and gave me options on how I would like it and it came out perfect she wasn’t scissor happy she did her thing! Everyone is nice from the way they wash your hair up until they put you up under the dryer and they don’t just put you under to burn they give you something to put around your face a soft cushion like protector so you won’t get burned and they check on you constantly. Just love it!!

I have been getting my hair done here consistently for YEARS. My sisters and mom too. My stylist here is the only one I let touch my hair with color - she gives me great color with no damage and makes sure to keep my hair healthy over the years. Now it's soooo long and grows super fast. They are sweet at the front desk too and have all kinds of hair and beauty products at the store you can buy on your way out. Make your appt, and get tour hair done by Pamela or Lumi
