About Fiina Nail Lounge

Fiina Nail Lounge offers decent prices and a cute salon, but there are areas that could use improvement. The smell in the salon can be overwhelming, and the business is encouraged to invest in air purification systems to enhance the experience for both customers and technicians. Communication with the front desk could also be better, as some customers have had difficulty getting their questions answered. Additionally, the technicians' licenses were not visible, which raises concerns about transparency. Despite these issues, many customers have praised the consistent quality of the work. Multiple technicians have been noted for their skill, with Lee recognized for quick service and ensuring customer comfort, and Sandy appreciated for her patience and expertise in designing wedding day nails. The Russian manicure remains highly regarded, and Cammie was highlighted for her focus and the beautiful pink Valentine's Day coquette nails she created. The salon's prices can be high, with one customer mentioning paying $75 for a plain acrylic set, which is unusually expensive for this type of service. However, the overall quality of work is seen as good, and many find it to be a reliable place for nails. The salon's atmosphere is welcoming, but improvements in pricing transparency and staff professionalism could make the experience even better.

Tough they don’t have better reviews because this place is the only consistent nail place I’ve found in years. What’s even crazier is that
I’ll try different people and they’re all still good 10/10

Came in as a last minute walk in and they set me up for an appt at 2:30 the same day! Lee was such a pleasure and did my nails so beautifully for my sisters bridal shower. Great customer service. Even got a pedicure and it was awesome. Thank you!

My nails look OK my biggest complaint is the pricing. I’ve NEVER had to pay $75 for a plain acrylic set EVER in my life. I’ve spent less on gel and powder dip sets with elaborate designs so this price does not make any sense. Acrylic is the cheapest type of nail extensions?so why the high price?..,.…,The nail Work is OK but def Not worth the high price. Then you got to tip so…. Not going back I can get OK acrylic set work done somewhere else for $35.

Honestly when I left I felt like I was taken advantage of with the price and I’m not cheap but this was honestly ridiculous.

and idk if the Asian lady at register was the owner but whomever it was...read full review
