I put in a service appointment online Wednesday for ants in my kitchen. I received an email confirmation for an appointment Saturday 8/14 between 8-10 am. The email also included the following- “ We will contact you if we are unable to honor your request.” At 10:21 I place a called to follow up on where the service technician was. I was told the technician was not answering and that I was on the schedule. I should call back if no one shows up by noon. I called at 11:22 and the technician can’t be reached and my address can’t be found on the schedule.
