This place is beautiful with very helpful employees. As for the customers, PLEASE READ THAT BIG PARAGRAPH ON THE BOTTOM ON HOW THE COUPONS WORK. It’s not the employees fault if your coupon doesn’t work on something that isn’t valid. Stop holding up the line. You look embarrassing. Overall,the store is amazing

I took my 12yo granddaughter here to get some face creams for her dance competition. Staff extremely helpful suggesting products for her young face. Upon paying w a gift card she received for her birthday, we found out that someone had hacked her gift card and there was a $0 balance. The store manager Brittany was very helpful trying to get corporate to help out & replace the GC monies. She spent more than 1/2 hour waiting for someone to even answer the phone (all while she was coding sale items and reassuring us that she would get to the bottom. Finally she did and called me to say they had issued another Gift card. I will make this store my place to shop!

I love this Ulta. It's very clean and organized. The salesperson Gianna was extremely helpful and over the top knowledgeable about the products. She actually listened to me and made suggestions based on my concerns and needs. She is amazing!
