Only open to license professional. Very organized. & immaculate clean. Prices are better than other professional suppliers. The staff is so helpful..The 1st time I Walked in the store I felt like I am amongst friends. not just sale’s people. That’s a plus these days. In the past to work in a professional supply the staff had to be educated in Professional salon products. Sadly those days are over. Even though I am up on most , If I see something I nvr did , these girls will not only answer me with knowledge as to what it does & how it works ,they go as far to show me a video to better understand the product . East Coast/Ethos in Parsippany is my go to for all my Salon Supplies. The staff is always very informative and willing to help in any way they can. It is a pleasure to be greeted by a smiling face who know their clients and all of their professional needs. Lisa and the staff relate any specials or sales going on so I am fully informed. Tthey are top notch in my book and whether they wear a mask or not doesn't concern me. That is their right to go maskless. They are simply the best!

LOVE THIS STORE! I come here quite often and my needs are always met. I'm always greeted with a smile and proper hello. They don't ignore you and are more than willing to help if needed. And most importantly, I have ZERO problem with them choosing to not wearing their masks if they don't want to. For those Karens giving this place one star because of their mask choice... it's their body, their choice. Don't like it, don't go. But to try and ruin someone over their choices makes you look like a bully. Take precautions and wear your own mask to protect YOURSELF if that's what you choose.
