Dr. Calantone is known for being patient, thorough, and empathetic, making each appointment pleasant. The practice values its patients and goes the extra mile, as shown when they waited for a patient who missed an appointment, despite it being the last of the day. Many patients have a long-standing relationship with the practice, with some having gone since childhood and expressing sadness at the thought of retirement. Overall, the office provides a friendly, caring environment with a dedicated team that prioritizes patient comfort and care.
I’ve been going to Dr. Calantone’s office now for about 1 - 2 years and I have gone before to a few practices, but his practice in general is one of the best. From the first time I went with my youngest son, we felt being at home, welcomed and cared for. Dr. Charles is patient and thorough and very pleasant to see. The staff also is really nice. We missed our appointment last time in spite the in-the-mail and text message reminders, I received a courtesy call 15 minutes later from Dana, such a wonderful Hygienist, who along with the doctor and the staff, waited for us, though it was the last appointment of the day, for 20 more minutes to get us through with our appointment....read full review
I have been going to him since I was 2 years old in 1992! I went else where when they didnt take my insurance and let me tell you he is the BEST! Dr.Calantone I will be sad when you retire one day.
awesome, my wife has been going to him for quite some time, i had a bad experience with another specialist so i finally listened to my wife.
he cares, your not just a piece of meat to him.
and besides doing GREAT work he’s painless,
and his receptionist couldn’t be friendlier
