Very pleased with the office and staff at Caggiano Orthodontics. It is a beautiful and spacious office and has wonderful staff that greets you with smile the minute you enter. The waiting room area and amenities for the kids/parents is great. The work up for my daughter’s expanders was pain & hassle free. The staff explains everything thoroughly. Definitely recommend to visit Caggiano Orthodontics for any ortho needs!
Very difficult to get evening appointments for working adults. Usually have to wait weeks after a set of Invisalign refinements are completed before you can get an available appointment. They have too many patients, it reminds me of an assembly line, trying to get in as many patients in as possible. The results are good so far, however the scheduling is terrible. I will not be using them for my daughter for that reason.
We’ve had such a great experience with Caggiano Orthodontics. The office is welcoming, the staff is friendly and professional, and they take the time to explain everything. One of my favorite things is their texting communication, it’s quick, convenient, and makes scheduling and follow-ups so easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality orthodontic care.
