I’ve been coming to this spa for several years and have always had good experiences, but I was really disappointed during my recent visit. I booked an expensive pedicure, and it was done by a new male employee. Unfortunately, the service was not up to the spa’s usual standards. He took a long time but still skipped several steps that other technicians have always included in the past. The overall quality of the pedicure was poor and did not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from this place.
Visiting from out of town and needed to get my nails done. Quickly searched for the closest place and this nail salon came up. They were SO kind, welcoming, and quick to work me in on the spot.
I wanted my full acrylic set to be very short and natural looking. I’ve never had any other nail technician hit the mark so perfectly!! Melanie took her time and paid attention to every detail and had Annie verify the quality along the way. This was honestly the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been too. I highly recommend this place!!! 10 stars from me!
I have a hard time making "me" time -- with two kids, a one hour commute a few times per week, and life in between, getting my nails done is a left-behind priority of my childless years. That said, I discovered Victory Nails thanks to a recommendation from my boss, and it certainly delivered. I had a wedding that I was traveling to, and no time to get my nails done at my local salon, so I happened into Victory Nails as a walk-in, and was accommodated almost immediately. The manicurist wasn't super chatty or warm, but she did a pretty decent job on my nails.
