Dr. Dulude and her incredible team are the best! My pup was well taken care of and they addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Erin at the front desk was also incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. Thank you all for being so great!

The doctor and staff are very friendly and concerned for the care and treatment of my pets. I have been going to them since 2018 when I adopted a puppy. They were right in town which was very convenient. I decided to transfer my cat's care over to them as well.
Since 2018 both pets have been receiving exams and care by them. A few years ago, they moved their facility to another town, and we continued to keep them as our veterinarian service. I feel that they are truly dedicated to the well-being of my pets.

I could not express enough my appreciation toward everyone in Gentle Vet for their loves and cares for Zander. Dr. Robin, Dr. Dulude, Tatyana, Erin, Shannon, Rachel, Ryan. Zander was always excited about his visits and was always happy to see everyone at the Gentle Vet. Everytime Zander had some medical urgency, they would always make an exception and get him in same day for treatments. On Saturday, 12/6, Zander needed to get euthanized, not only did they let me come in at 12pm - which was their closing hour, they waited another 2 hours for Zander's dad to make it to see him once last time before proceeding with the procedure. We are forever grateful with those gestures. I still have another dog and needless to say, as long as I don't have to move far away, the Gentle Vet will always be my first recommendation for my pets. Thank you guys for making Zander feel all the loves and cares he deserved. I really appreciate those!

We love The Gentle Vet! When our cat suddenly started showing signs of pain, we were scrambling to find a place that would see him as an emergency case, and The Gentle Vet offered to see him right away. Dr. Dulude was incredibly kind and compassionate, taking our cat’s symptoms seriously. He remained hospitalized under their care for a blockage in his urethra for several days and ultimately required surgery. Dr. D and Dr. Gwiazdowski kept us well informed throughout his hospitalization, presented us with options, and allowed us to make informed decisions without pushing us in any direction. Dr. Andrews performed surgery, and our cat is healing wonderfully. The staff is really wonderful! Erin, Shannon, Dan, and Tatyana were especially supportive throughout the entire experience, and treated our cat like he was their own. As a pet owner for more than 30 years, I know that it is not cheap to ensure your animals receive medical care, but The Gentle Vet is so incredibly fair with their prices-you know they are in this business for the pets! We are so grateful that our cat is thriving today, thanks to the amazing people at The Gentle Vet.
It was our first experience, and we are now moving our dog and both cats to TGV care for good!

My review is long overdue as we have been customers here for years. They have been like family to us for our cat and now our new dog. Dr. Delude (the other doctors as well) is by far the best and takes the time for each animal. She will give you all the advice you need. Our cat has a range of health problems and special needs and we have always received the care for her we needed.
All of the staff we have dealt with Erin, Rachel, Shannon, and others I'm sure I'm missing, have been so patient and helpful.
Their boarding services were excellent. Our dog loved it so much she tries to go in the back now when we go for office visits.

Dr. Dulude is amazing! She is caring, loving and truly loves her furry patients. My little fur baby needs more care than I can give due to my health issues. She offered to help me find a loving new home for her. She knows my baby's likes and dislikes and who better to find the perfect new home. If you ever need the best vet in America, call Dr. Dulude. You will be happy you did! She's one in a million!!!
