I asked for one haircut and the one they did I didn’t like it and was not felt like saying to them on face and the hair also became very short . I literally felt crying 😢.. Also they do not do any cleaning after one client and also they do the eyebrow waxing with same strip . I literally felt awful and never wanted to be there and I will never recommend them.

However, my most recent visit was quite disruptive. A first-time client and her parent had a very loud and ongoing exchange that lasted for a significant portion of my appointment for about an hour. Unfortunately, it made it difficult to tuneout and I ended up leaving with a headache.
I truly appreciate how patient the staff were, but situations like this impact the experience of every customer in the salon.
It may be helpful to set clearer expectations for first-time clients ahead of their appointment, and to step in when situations become disruptive so that the environment remains comfortable for everyone.
Sharing this as constructive feedback because I value the quality of service here and hope to continue visiting.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The waxing service was not done professionally at all. The girl who did my waxing seemed like she didn’t want to work, and the wax was extremely hot. It actually burned my skin, and I’m still left with irritation and bumps on my body.
Also, I asked about dyeing my hair black, and she told me my hair was already black and asked why I wanted to dye it. It made me feel like she didn’t want to do the service or make the effort. I came ready to pay for both waxing and hair color, but the attitude I received was very unprofessional.
Overall, the service and professionalism were very disappointing, and I did not feel comfortable or well taken care of.

I’ve been going to this salon for the past couple of years, and I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always full of positive energy. They truly make every visit a pleasant experience.
I regularly go there for waxing and eyebrow threading, and their service is consistently excellent. They are very attentive and take great care to understand your needs, making sure you feel comfortable throughout the process.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and a warm, professional atmosphere!

Short answer: They are NOT licensed/ or even experienced enough to perform Brazilian waxes. DO NOT go here.
In-depth answer: I booked a Brazilian wax online. The place has over four stars in Google Reviews, but those ratings are clearly not for waxing. Here is my experience on this service.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: I was not greeted when I walked in. I had to introduce myself and explain why I was there, which no big deal. The waxing area is only separated by a curtain, with other customers getting their hair done right next to you. Every time the curtain opened, people could see inside. I had to repeatedly cover myself.
CLEANLINESS: The curtain has stains, the table was dirty, and the paper on the table was already crumpled from the previous client. There were stains on the curtains, the bed, and under the wax machine. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here.
WAX SERVICE: To start the staff member snapped wooden sticks in half, which concerned me due to possible splinters near sensitive areas. They do not use hard wax, and the products are very low quality. She had to add more wax to the same spots that had already dried wax multiple times, because the wax and paper kept breaking. Wax dripped between my lips, and she tried pulling. my. lips. apart. while the wax was drying. I had to tell her to stop because it was extremely painful. Looking at her technique and way of pulling the strips it seemed like she's just learning how to do this on the go. I also had to tell her over six times that the wax was too hot. I have had Brazilian waxes for years, so this was not a pain tolerance issue.
When she finished, she put an excessive amount of oil on me and walked out without warning, leaving me exposed again. There is no mirror to check the service, and I didn’t feel comfortable examining myself with a curtain as the only barrier, and customers a few feet away from me doing their hair. I then had to call her away from another client to pay, I had to ask for a receipt since I was paying cash, at first she told me that unless I pay with card they cannot give me a receipt so I asked her if she could at least write one herself.
POST SERVICE: When I got home, I had to shower again since I was drenched in oil. The results were terrible, I felt scammed. There were still many hairs left, especially on the lip area, and there was still wax inside my lips, wax on my hair (which why is there still hair?), and wax on my skin.
MESSAGE TO STAFF: Please get certified and take proper training. Brazilian waxing is not a service you should be providing, you could seriously hurt someone.

Very nice parlour. Nice staff always greet customers with a smile. Have been to this place more than 10 times . Came out happy and satisfied with their service. Prices are very reasonable. Regardless who attended me, all of the ladies did great job. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I got my eyebrows threaded here, and the experience was disappointing. There was still visible hair left even after she said she was done. I had to point it out twice and ask her to redo it, but the upper part of my eyebrows still wasn’t done properly. She didn’t use scissors to trim the longer hairs — just brushed them to the side. Each time I pointed out areas she missed, she seemed frustrated, which made the experience uncomfortable.
