Martha was very helpful and understanding and it was my first time speaking with her but she helped me out a lot and I was able to make my payment on time 😊 if you call I recommend you asking for her 😉
I’ve been dealing with this company since 2020 and I’ve ran into problems with paying my car note on time. Martha was very patient and understanding when it came to setting up payment arrangements. She even educated me on how car loans work and had excellent customer service. She also made sure to tell me how important it was to pay on time or when I said I was going to so I could avoid any additional fees and legal action. I feel like if have an open communication with them then you’re good and they won’t call you a million times. Definitely recommend if your credit isn’t that great and you need a car.
