Tried to get into contact about a signed piece I had. no answer and I sent a few emails and no response taking my business somewhere else

They did get back to me but it took way to long over a week to get a response so not very ideal. shipped way before but no answer so it got shipped back to me
Had an issue with my authentication JSA team member Ryan Olcott responded to my email solved issue within 24 hours. Excellent customer service, and one very satisfied customer. Thank you 5 star service
Ryan with JSA was incredibly helpful to walk me through the process of reauthenticating signed sports items after the movers "lost" the original certificates. This was outside of my expertise, so I appreciated his patience as I navigated the process.
