This was an amazing experience. I started lifting weights in January of this year and going to the gym every weekday. Last month I was experiencing very tight mussels with occasional spasms. I tried pain relievers, mussel relaxers, and started drinking more water but the stiffness continued. I found Ying Health Spa via my friend and went, WOW! The therapist there was amazing! She did the traditional Chinese Cupping for me with a deep tissue massage that included back walking. After that first session, I felt great! The place seemed very modest but the therapy was amazing! The price and service is great!

Don't usually make it out this way, but took advantage of the opportunity to stop in and see if Ying Health Spa measures up to their claims in their website. Website mentions May Ling and her experience at the Beijing Massage Hospital. Website also mentions Ying Lee who studied in Japan. The real kicker is the upcharge for hot stones, cupping and Gua Sha (scraping) Therapy. Each is $25 extra. Please, most everywhere else they are included.

Quality massage, good value. Maria did great work, focused on knots, adjusted pressure as requested- a real professional. It was refreshing to receive a full 60 minutes of hard work too. The facility was clean and pleasant.
