I called Jim to repair the main shut off valve in my basement because it was leaking. He instructed me how to fix it myself, saving me the cost of having him come out! Hard to find good guys that are not out to rob you. He will be my go to plumber from now on.
Jim and his partner did an amazing job replacing my hot water heater when it started to leak. He was easy to get a hold of and always gave me a clear answer to my questions. When I called him, he offered to come the next day, but he was able to schedule it on another day that was more convenient for me. His price was fair, and he didn't try to sneak in additional fees at the last minute. I would happily recommend him to my friends and family who live in the area.
I needed to have the main water shut off valve in my basement replaced. The job turned out to be a bit more involved than I thought it would be. Jim easily took care of the matter. He did a nice job for a nice price and is a very nice person to deal with. I will definitely use him again. Highly recommend.
