I’ve had an issue with my Central Air system and my old installer is no longer in business. I had a friend recommend Whalen & Ives. I am completely satisfied with their services. Prompt, Knowledgeable, Courteous and Professional !! Not easy qualities to find these days. They handled my issue and have been more than fair with their rates. Our central air conditioner broke while we were away on vacation, and when we arrived, the heat in the house was unforgiving. The air conditioner unit had a faulty control board that needed to be replaced, and the fan was no longer operational. Whalen & Ives were recommended by friends of the family, so we tried them out for the first time. And we can definitely say that the first impression was beyond favorable. There were no surprises with the price either, and the service was done swiftly.

Had my boiler fail last week and had no heat or hot water and a pending freeze coming. Whalen and Ives were able to remove and replace boiler and got my 6 zones up and running within a day and half. Heat, hot water all working great before the cold blast. Excellent work, top notch technicians and great installation.
