Awful if I could give zero stars i would. Product was to ship with in 3-5 days. On the 5th day I messaged them and just asked for an eta on when it would ship. Instead of calling the manufacturer they just canceled my order. When I called to speak to the manager he said we dont want to do business with you cause we cant make you happy. All I wanted was a eta on when my unit would ship so I could contact my contractor and give him an update. When I called the company to ask for the manager someone named Howard said he was the owner and he didn't want to do business with me! Worst service ever and now I delayed my project because this company wouldn't even call to find out where my product was! Avoid this company!

Salesman Howard is knowledgeable and got me what I need rather quickly. I would recommend if you need PTAC units, or the like. Good price, as well.

Ordered a fan from this company it’s been almost two weeks they haven’t given me a tracking number and they want give a refund this is the worst company I have ever ordered from and will never order from again it’s a scam company stealing peoples hard earn money warning don’t use this company

I placed an order June 14 (midnight so June 15th). Their site says MOST items ship in 24 to 48 hours. I contacted them on the 16th and asked . . I understand shipping time is 24-48 hours for MOST items . .BUT can you give me a time frame on when this item will ship. They replied quickly and stated, the manufacturing company is stating 5 to 10 business days. I asked them to refund me because I needed the item quicker (I could not wait so I ordered the EXACT item from another online store and the item was here in 3 days). They never replied to my email nor did they refund my money. I had to obtain a refund through my credit card company.Service: Portable A/C services

We ordered an Air Unit for a Wine Room through Air Marketing Group in Park Ridge NJ. It came with no directions in the box and when we got a professional to instal they said it was the wrong unit. I called Air Marketing Group to return and they said there is a no return policy. This was an expensive unit and I said I would pay a stocking fee or return fee and they said absolutely no returns. First, what kind of business does not help you to return a product you bought from them that does not fit? What kind of customer service does this company give to be so rude and abrupt and just say "No" we don't accept returns? A company that doesn't stand by their products thats what kind of company? I am trying to call the manufacturer to return this item.. I would never do business with Air Marketing Group for any Air/conditioning units. The person in Customer Service I spoke with today was rude and gave me no alternatives or help in my situation... just our policy is NO RETURNS. Terrible company, no return policy, no help in finding what we needed and rude customer service. I ordered an AC unit and it does not fit our situation. I was told NO RETURN POLICY. Also, when I ask if we can return and I would pay for stocking fee and shipping answer was flat "NO" not our policy. Well thats RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE from a company!!!!!! No stuck with a 3,000 unit and no where to return. I will never buy anything from you again.

Chris promptly answered questions about an Aprilaire dehumidifier and helped me narrow my selection to the most energy efficient unit. Once I placed the order the E100 arrived at our doorstep within a week. Highly recommend the company!

I contacted the company on chat to inquire about the installation of a product. After asking clarifications on the response, I was told that I should look for a unit elsewhere. "I think you are going to misapply the unit so yes I would recommend buying from a different vendor." I called given that communication over chat can be unclear and the same person, Chris, answered. He complained about my questions and hung up on me.
