“Came in for an adjustment to my Warby Parker shades. I accidentally sat on them while driving so they were crooked and loose. Was immediately helped by Javier who checked me in and diligently took his time to perfect my shades. He cleaned them off and even offered a new case cause he noticed mine was crushed.
