I have been coming to Lotus Skin care for almost 7 years now; and I will never go anywhere else despite the 45 min commute from where I live in Rockland County. The salon is always clean and both Izabela and Secilia are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and make you feel so comfortable for whatever service you are there for. Today I was interested in a soothing oil and Secilia, knowing I was pregnant, led me to purchase one with pregnancy safe ingredients. Went in for my first time, a nervous rambling mess. Izabela made me feel so welcome and calmed me down right away. She is such a gentle presence, the place is spotless, and the results were perfect (especially as someone with super sensitive skin). I had no irritation and only positive emotions. a. GEM.
