LA Fitness offers a wide range of amenities at an outstanding value. The gym features state-of-the-art equipment, basketball courts, group fitness classes, pools, saunas, Kids Klub, and personal training options. While the facilities are generally well-maintained and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, some customers have expressed concerns about the use of the adult locker rooms by children from swim classes. Despite this issue, many members find the gym to be a motivating and enjoyable environment for their fitness journey, with particular praise for the spin classes and instructors.
Jesus was very respectful, kind, and helpful when I was having an issue with my guest pass. He made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, and even made me laugh throughout the process. He provided great customer service and made the whole experience much easier. I really appreciated his help!
I was lucky to come across Zeus. After generating a 3-day pass, I quickly received information about the appointment time. The conversation was polite, and I got a great deal. I recommend Zeus and LA Fitness.
Mike was astonishing! He is very well spoken and represents the LA Fitness brand expertly. Mike was honest with all the fees up front and left no detail out whether it was amenities or access. If everyone at LA Fitness works like him I understand why their brand represents such excellence.
