I recently had a fantastic experience at a local gym at la fitness and would highly recommend it to others. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a wide range of exercise equipment available. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The gym also offered a variety of classes and personal training options, providing opportunities for individuals of all fitness levels to achieve their goals. Overall, my time at this gym was enjoyable and motivating, and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey there

I’ve been coming to this gym for years now. I love it so much. Everyone here is so friendly and it’s like my 2nd home. Roger’s the best spin instructor out there too, so you get two in one. Amazing gym and amazing workout with him!!!!!

La Fitness Paramus is by far my favorite gym I have been to. The gym is always clean and the equipment is in good condition.The staff are very nice and welcoming. The managers I have met Ashley and Gary do a great job at keeping this gym super nice. Great gym to go to overall!!
