    The Paramus Best Buy is just okay. The store itself feels outdated and dark, which makes shopping there less enjoyable. It's definitely overdue for a makeover to improve the atmosphere. While they do have a decent selection of electronics and appliances, the prices tend to be on the high side compared to other retailers or online options. On top of that, some of the associates can be overly pushy, trying to sell you extras or items you don't really need, which can make the shopping experience uncomfortable. That said, if you know what you're looking for, you can still find good deals here and there. Customer service is genuinely hit or miss, but there are a few helpful staff members who genuinely know their stuff. We came on Black Friday to check out both the insta360 cameras and a specific MacBook model with their installed parallels software. The Apple staff was extremely helpful and honest that we would not be able to get a good deal here for what we wanted in a MacBook. The insta360 models definitely fell on the outdated side which was frustrating as they didn't have the newer models in yet.

    The 2300$ TV, we bought was supposedly in "excellent" open box condition (Sony A95L), yet when we brought it home, it was missing the included camera that was supposed to be included, the legs included were the wrong legs (how do you even do that???), and the TV was basically not packed: it was standing on styrofoam covered by a cardboard box that was loosely laid over it and not taped to it.

    I printed out the information on the H/P printer I wanted from the Bust Buy on-line information. I went to the Best Buy next to Amazon fresh. I waited for a sales clerk who was trying to help a customer who was doing the same thing I was and knew all the info she needed on her product. The clerk kept telling her what she wanted and not what she was asking for. After 10 frustrating minutes the girl had it and walked out. At that point I should of walked out too but I gave the clerk my printed out paperwork since they had only black and white lazers and I wanted a color one. He Said they didn't make that model any more? I said, then why is Best Buy and everyone else on line saying it was a good model? He finally took me to his computer and tried to show me that his store did not have it. Surprise, he found it at the price I told him. Now the problem escalates. He begins his sales speech of trying to sell me an additional warrany which I said no. Then sell me a Best Buy membership, which I said no, then a 10% discount for a store credit card which I said no - and goodbye. I see why the store has a "0" rating. I have put Best Buy on my list of stores never to patronize again!
