    I joined F45 about 3 months ago and really enjoy going there. The coaching is great, the facility is nice and clean and the classes are challenging. Great place to build strength and endurance

    Just finished my first class and it’s was amazing! I honestly feel refreshed and accomplished! Michelle was an amazing instructor, always came around to check up on me! i’m not a beginner to functional and strength training but she helped me with my form which i truly appreciated! will definitely be signing up!

    Hands down the best gym in town. Coach Marissa has the energy at 5 o'clock in the morning that the rest of us strive for all day and Coach Michelle makes sure we maximize every single one of those 45 minutes. The team here pushes us to be better, and I always feel confident knowing they’re also focused on keeping us safe. The people are great, the workouts push you in the best kind of way, and I can feel myself getting mentally and physically stronger every week.
