Paid $300 for getting a second opinion on a blown HVAC motor. Fras-Air had already come out and told us the motor was bad for much less time and money. The Copperhead technician then gave us a much higher quote to replace the motor compared to the quote we already had from the other guys, and charged us for over an hour’s time spent on the phone getting the quote because they are a “small company and it was a service call”. Poor judgement and poor customer service. Paid in full and won’t be using them again.
