Patients have reported minimal to no wait times, and the facility is equipped to handle various medical needs, including X-rays and CT scans. The staff are praised for their exceptional bedside manner, calming presence, and ability to put patients at ease. The team's care and attention to detail have earned them high praise from patients, who appreciate their extraordinary care and would highly recommend the facility. The urgent care is described as more than the average, with a large waiting room, imaging capability, and staffed by emergency physicians and registered nurses. They can administer IV fluids, which other urgent cares cannot do. The facility resembles an emergency department, with each room having a stretcher, heart monitor, and vital signs machine. Patients have had amazing experiences, with the staff being attentive, courteous, and professional. The physicians, including Dr. Patel, take the time to have conversations with patients to understand their condition rather than just providing information. I went to Atlantic urgent care today because of foot swelling and pain. Wow what a great experience everyone was so attentive. An amazing experience from when you first walk in and the nurse the doctor and the radiology tech. I highly recommend if you need emergency care look no further than I wish I could give them a 10.
This place run circles around the new valley hospital. I so blessed that such a amazing urgent care is located in Paramus. The staff is amazing! Special shout out to Dr Patel, Nurses Kyrstina, BR and Good. Such a perfect example of how you should be treated when you go into urgent care. Atlantic Advance ED please ensure that you find more people that resemble the staff will sit above.

This is more than the average urgent care. It is truly advanced, as their name suggests. Large waiting room so you don’t feel cramped amongst other sick people. Imaging capability, staffed by emergency physicians and actual registered nurses. They administer IV fluids which other urgent cares cannot do. It looks like you’re in an emergency department with each room having a stretcher, heart monitor, and vital signs machine.
Beyond the amenities, the staff were wonderful & professional; the front desk was courteous, the nurses were quick with triage (as should be), and the physician actually had a conversation with me to figure out what was going on rather than...read full review
