They took their time to understand the problem, and even did an X-ray on my neck before they did any work on it whatsoever. I was brought to a room where the wait was very short. I met with Dr. Ryan. He was very thorough. After a few minutes of question and answers, he got started. He worked on the problem areas and explained to me what I need to do and didn't sugar coat anything. He was very good.
