“Into week six of my physical therapy (cancer rehab), I have only great things to say about my experience at Reboot-Jefferson. I'm not ready for a full-on return to the gym and I'm finding that my time at Reboot is providing the perfect reentry. The workout is challenging but not overwhelming and the concluding muscle adjustment is intensive but comfortable and also includes time for some peaceful reflection (thanks to Felicia!).
