About King Spa & Sauna

King Spa & Sauna, located in Palisades Park, NJ, is the largest Korean spa and sauna on the East Coast. It is open from 9 AM to 2 AM every day, including major holidays. The spa aims to provide relaxation, stress relief, and health restoration through its various amenities. These include sauna rooms, hot tubs, body massages, lounge spaces, and a dining area that serves authentic Korean food and vegetarian-friendly dishes. The spa experience starts with a sauna and different kinds of baths. Afterward, guests wear provided t-shirts and shorts and can explore the various lounge areas. These areas have different temperatures, ranging from hot to ice cold, and some have aromas and different types of salt. There are also smoothie options and a cafeteria that serves high-quality food. One reviewer mentioned that they were hesitant to visit the spa due to the nudity policy, but they found that it was not awkward once they were there. The spa has separate areas for men and women, and guests are required to be naked in the bath areas. The spa has a restaurant with a variety of meal options, although it can be on the expensive side. There are also traditional spa services available, such as massages and skin care. Parking is available nearby, either through self-parking or valet parking for $5. Overall, reviewers had positive experiences at King Spa & Sauna. They appreciated the relaxation and rest opportunities, the quality of the food, and the helpfulness of the staff. One reviewer noted that some workers spoke loudly in the resting area, making it uncomfortable for rest. However, they still found the spa to be a good place to spend the day and get rest and spa procedures. Another reviewer fell in love with Korean spas after their visit and purchased a package to return soon.

I love King Spa! They have so many sauna rooms and the food is so good! I come here with my family mostly and the vibe is like my Korean grandma’s house which makes me remember her. Only thing is I wish they had more jacuzzi options but it’s still such a great place to visit and relax.

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The therapist’s technique is spot on—they managed to work out all my knots perfectly. The shop itself is beautiful, quiet, and super relaxing. If you’re looking for a place to truly de-stress, this is the spot. You won’t be disappointed!
