I always call Cross County Plumbing & Heating whenever I need work done on / in my home. They are clean, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, always on time and make a real effort to do the work as quickly as possible.
I have to say that Lorenzo is amazing. I had an ongoing issue in the house and no one ever found out what the issue was or where the water was coming from. He found it in literally 15 minutes. Thank you Lorenzo!!!
The original plumbing company for my second floor renovation, including two new full baths, was a disappointment (to put it mildly) and left with major issues unresolved. Cross County came, assessed the situation, and explained all possible issues and avenues to correct these issues and was candid about costs. They were able to fix the mistakes of the previous plumbing company, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend.
I have been using Cross County for over 15 years. During that time they have responded same day to emergency calls, serviced heating systems and appliances, replaced water heaters and repaired leaks.Recently I made the mistake of using a _different_ local plumber who was top rated on Google reviews. That plumber made errors in repairing my gas heating system which ultimately led to a gas leak in the house. They came out 3 times to try and resolve it, and were useless.I called Cross County who quickly identified and fixed issues with my gas line.
