The staff, including Ilene and Erin, are fantastic and make clients feel comfortable and welcomed. The private one-chair salon provides a personalized experience, making clients feel like they're visiting with a friend.
I am beyond impressed with this business. The owner called me right away and was so accommodating. Shared my nightmare of product that was on my nails and she saved me. I’ve been going to XO Pretty for a few months now and have gotten both lash and nail services. I have never been dissatisfied with their service. Both Ilene and Erin are fantastic! It’s amazing to go to a place where I feel welcomed and comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough!
Warm, friendly and detail of the full service with individual attention of the one on one appointment experience. This private one chair salon beats going into a larger one where you are out in the open exposed to others around you. XO Pretty Salon feels like a visit with your best friend and you feet and hands come out looking and feeling amazing!
