We recently had Archer Plumbing install our new Toto Toilet. Micheal T. Arrived right on time, made sure he wore shoe covers and brought in tarps to protect our floors. He gave us a fixed price upon entry and worked quickly to remove the old and install the new. We have used Archer for almost 40 years and they have never let us down. We highly recommend them.
Our technician, Christian, was excellent and dedicated. Did NOT give up until he supported our issue. Was patient, kind, and walked through my questions in a way that was easy to understand.
They were very professional and accommodating. I had a leaky pipe fixed which took approximately 1 hour to repair. The young man was very polite and cleaned up everything to the point where you wouldn't have even known he was there. I know they did not overcharge me but I just feel that $650 is a lot of money for an hour's worth of work. But that is the going rate today. I was very satisfied and I would definitely use them again.
