I woke up with the AC not working. I called Strathmore Air. Joe came within hours! He was so courteous and professional. He fixed my AC asap! I was expecting to have to wait for days to get the AC fixed due to the hot weather. But nope!
AC decided to cut out on the first heatwave of the season! Gave Strathmore AC a call to schedule a tech, Joe came out and had the issue identified and addressed within an hour. I got lucky with the timing, but the service was impeccable. Joe was very professional and answered all my annoying questions clearly.
If my HVAC unit ever goes on the fritz, they will be my first call. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
Strathmore Air Conditioning is simply the best.
I’ve been using them for over 20 years across different homes, and they have never once disappointed. Keith and his team are absolutely amazing. We needed a new air-conditioning system ASAP, and Keith took the time to walk us through every option and explain everything clearly—his knowledge and patience were truly appreciated.
They installed our new unit quickly and did everything they could to make the process easy on us. We are so grateful for their professionalism and care. Next up will be a new furnace, and I already know they’ll guide us through that just as well.
