The front desk woman (I think her name is Nellie ) is INCREDIBLY rude- she is single handedly going to ruin the business. I have been here many times before and I called today to buy a laser package and i was confused about the pricing and was asking her a question, and she started yelling at me for no reason. I calmly asked her to lower her voice and that I was just asking for clarification, and she told me that I’m “constantly questioning” her. She has always been very rude but today she was yelling for no reason which is just unacceptable and shouldn’t be tolerated by the business.

All these reviews are super helpful. And whoever gave them good reviews must be paid ones ? Groupon prices are enticing but glad I didn’t make appointment after calling them twice in last 3 months, especially after reading all these recent reviews. The person who answers the calls has absolutely no sense of customer service. She is extremely rude and behaves as if she is doing us some favor.They are many other better places in the area ??

I’ve been going to Irina for the last few years but I just got my lips done somewhere else. I travel 4 hrs to get my lips done now by the Lip Bunny, she’s amazing.Quality healthcare is a very toxic place. The elderly front desk lady is such a witch. The worst person you can deal with. She always rude and nasty, you can’t ask a question because everything annoys her. I called about Botox last month and she was so nasty on the phone. I finally gave up and found a different med spa. I’m so happy have found Lip Bunny, she a little far but the staff is so incredibly sweet, friendly and kind. Her prices are a little high but I don’t mind paying more for better service....read full review
