From the moment I sat in her chair, she was incredibly reassuring and calm, which I truly needed after that experience.
My hair is naturally curly, and I wanted a cut that would look good both curly and when I style it straight, which made me extra nervous—especially about layers. Rosanna really took the time to listen, explain what would work best for my hair type, and made me feel completely at ease. She maintained so much of my length while still making my hair feel incredibly healthy, light, and shiny. The layers turned out absolutely beautiful and work perfectly both ways.
