I had an amazing experience leasing my 2025 Ford Bronco from All-American Ford. Marc was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Not only am I thrilled with the car, but the customer service exceeded every expectation. Marc took me on a test drive, helped me set up my auto insurance, downloaded the Ford app with me for the remote start and lock features, and walked me through all the controls. He showed me how to connect Apple CarPlay, switch to four-wheel drive, locate the hazards, and use every button on the steering wheel. I left with all my questions answered and complete confidence in my new Bronco.
Had a great experience with the parts department today. Jose was very knowledgeable and was able to get me the parts I needed. If I ordered them online, I would’ve ended up with the wrong parts and would’ve had to make another order, but Jose pointed me in the right direction. I also had him cut me a new key for my truck an it was quick and painless. If you need parts, Jose’s Got Em!
