Both Val and Jason were super knowledgeable involving everything with our septic inspection. They were able to explain and answer all of our questions - including questions about dealing with the town/health department. They were very easy to schedule and sent our reports back quickly!! We previously had a really bad experience with another local septic company, so we were very apprehensive. Thankfully, Norton was night and day compared to their competitor. They were easy to get in touch with, communicative, friendly, and got the job done without hassle.
