July 2nd before a holiday weekend phone call… professional, timely, no surcharge. Two service professionals came out, helped me diagnose the problem together (which I really appreciate, some would just tell you that you’re wrong), discussed in detail what needed to be done, and gave a reasonable price up front. No credit card surcharge. Needed to snake the pipe going out from the house to find a clog and they found it. They were quick, the job was clean, and the issue was fixed. I would call them again in a second.
Took a minute for them to get a tech to my home and communication was not always the best but when Woody arrived he did a quick and thorough job and did not charge us an exorbitant amount.
My mother's condo had issues shortly after moving in last year and the association hired a company that destroyed her bathrooms.. The other company replaced the main drain and didn't placed it in the correction location so they had to destroy the new floor in order to reconnect 1 of the toilet and left without reconnection the 2nd toilet. After many months, the association called A General Sewer and these guys fixed the problem and reconnected the toilets back to the correct location.. they were so caring that they even offered to return to disconnect the toilet when the drywall guys repair the walls.
