“Had a truly bad experience with therapist “Kelly Greene”. when she left the group for a new position,it was a very poorly handled transition/termination..There was no continuity of care. As my first and probably last experience with Therapy, after more than two years of meaningful therapeutic sessions with her, the trust that I put in her and all the positive progress I made has all been overshadowed. It has left me with a sense of abandonment and loss! However, this should not reflect on the owner or the rest of the team as they were supportive,“

Initially I had been going to a PT that was part of the orthopedic practice, during which I did all the exercises on my own for thirty minutes, and then a person massaged my arm for about seven minutes, followed by ice. But my wife encouraged me to switch to Donna, and I am so glad I did. Donna stayed with me for most of my first two sessions, working with me interactively in utilizing a number of new techniques and exercises. She was always concerned with improving the functionality in my hand, adding or modifying exercises as needed. She has to juggle multiple patients simultaneously, but she always manages to appear just as I am finishing up my “three reps of fifteen each”. Donna is the best PT I have ever had, and I highly recommend her and her staff.“
